Yes. Every service provider goes through a review process before appearing on the platform.
Creating an account and browsing or booking services is free for customers. You only pay the service fee when you confirm a booking.
Go to My Bookings in your dashboard and cancel the booking. Bookings that are already paid cannot be cancelled through the platform — please contact support. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel (see our Terms of Service).
Only customers who have completed and fully paid for a booking can leave a review.
